Boat berths

Available boat berths can be searched for electronically by logging into the Julius reservation system. link.

To apply for boat berths at Vatunga piers no. 3 and 4 (fishermen's) and Praava pier no. 4, you can use the form, which can be sent by email. technical [at] ii.fi (technical[at]ii[dot]fi).

The gate key for rented berths can be picked up at the Micropolis municipal service point (Piisiltä 1, 2nd floor, Ii), open on weekdays from 9-11.30 and 12-15.

When the mooring becomes unnecessary, the key must be returned to the municipality's Customer Service Point.

• Rantakestilä: 2 parking spaces on the shore, next to the fuel filling station, ungated/unlocked pier
• Town Hall: private pier with 5 berths, between the large piers
• Vatunki: private, gateless pier on the breakwater side

Rental criteria for berths at the Port of Praava

The Technical Committee has decided on the rental criteria for berths in the Port of Praava at its meeting on 3 April 2007, Section 20. The rental order for berths is as follows:

• Professional fishermen

• Commercial boating, i.e. those engaged in boat transport (passenger and service transport)

• Those boaters who have a holiday home on the nearby islands

• Those who engage in recreational fishing and other boating activities
