Term 2021-2025. The administrative regulations define the organization of municipal elected officials and office holders, as well as the division of authority and decision-making power between them.

Personnel Division
The Municipal Government's Personnel Division has decision-making authority in matters concerning the general implementation of discretionary provisions in civil service and collective agreements and the approval of local civil service and collective agreements. In addition, the division has the right to issue general guidelines in personnel matters. The Municipal Government appoints the members of the Personnel Division from among its members. 

The rapporteur is the Director of Administration and Finance, and if the Director is unable or prevented from acting, the mayor acts as the rapporteur.
