Council initiatives
The initiative is submitted to the chairman of the council. The municipal government sends the initiative to the authority whose field of activity the matter concerns for preparation. The council may decide that a referral discussion will be held on the preparation of the matter referred to in the initiative.
The municipal government must submit a list of initiatives taken by the councillors to the council by the end of March each year. At the same time, it must state what measures have been taken as a result of them. The council can state which initiatives have been completed.
