A reminder about early childhood education
Children have the right to safe and high-quality early childhood education.
However, sometimes parents or guardians have questions about early childhood education or are dissatisfied with the activities. In these situations, it is best to first contact the staff or, if necessary, the daycare center director to clarify the matter.
If matters cannot be resolved through discussion at the child care center, the parent or guardian can make a complaint to the daycare center director responsible for the operation, the person responsible for the facility, or the director of education.
Pohte's social affairs manager advises customers on weekdays between 9 and 11 a.m. at 040 135 7946.
He/She will advise you on your rights and you can discuss different ways to resolve the situation with him/her.
