Take the plot for pre-marketing
Professional builders are offered the opportunity to reserve a terraced house plot exclusively for the pre-marketing period, duration 6 months. There is no charge for the reservation time. Before the reservation is accepted, the professional builder must submit a free-form plan for pre-marketing activities and a preliminary financial and construction plan to the municipality. The purpose of pre-marketing is to find out in advance whether the planned apartments are interesting and whether there is enough demand for them.

Applying for a building permit
Building permits are applied for online: lupapiste.fi
Customers register for the service with their bank codes. The permit point guides the customer to find the location of the site on the map and make an application or notification in sufficient detail using instructions and selections. The service allows you to follow the progress of permit matters and projects and see comments and changes made by other parties in real time. The service also allows you to make requests for advice to the authorities even before the construction project starts.
